Orders
Orders and requests for publication should be addressed to the Letterenhuis. All requests must be in writing – in practice this usually means by letter, e-mail or fax.
In the request you should indicate:
- which reproduction you would like (indicate the URL bookmark at the end of each description in the Agrippa database)
- what you would like to use the reproduction for
- the desired format (dimensions + resolution)
- your address and invoicing information.
Publication of reproductions
If you intend to use the reproductions for publication, exhibition, film, website… you must meet the following conditions:
- request the Letterenhuis for authorization for publication
- credit the source: Collectie Stad Antwerpen, Letterenhuis
- provide an author’s copy of the publication
- arrange possible author’s, reproduction- and/or user rights
- contact the Letterenhuis if you plan to use the reproductions again.
Price
The price is € 12 per image. For this price you will receive a high resolution image (300 dpi).
Special assignments (files with a printing size larger than A3-format at 300 dpi) require prior consultation. The price in this case depends on the working hours necessary to carry out your assignment.
